A Brief History of Coffee: Unveiling the Origins and Evolution of the Beloved Beverage

The "kahfe" or "qahwa," as it was known in Arabic, originated in Ethiopia over 1,000 years ago. From there, it spread to the Arabian Peninsula and eventually made its way to Europe through trade routes.

Legend has it that a goatherd named Kaldi discovered coffee when he noticed his goats becoming more energetic after eating red berries from a certain tree.
