第一名埃塞俄比亚:咖啡的本初之味
年产量:39.6万吨

埃塞俄比亚是著名阿拉比卡咖啡豆诞生之地,人们至今仍然保持着采收野生咖啡豆传统。海拔超过1,500米以上的地高山谷中,是如何演变与适应,以形成独特风土,在自然野生的环境下成长出的埃塞俄比亚咖啡被称作“旷野之恋”,保留了最原始、最自然的一口感,有着对土地直接而充分表达。
值得一提的是,中南美洲多数引进品种,而埃塞俄比亚却是难得原生之地,更有无数本土野生品种尚未被发掘。
在埃塞俄比亚9大生产区中的希达莫和耶加雪菲尤为出色。耶加雪菲原本属于希达莫子产区,由于风味特殊被独立出来。浓郁且复杂的果香令其几乎在一夜之间成为国际新贵,被行家追捧并以昂贵价格出售。
第二名肯尼亚:此生难忘的小小探险 年产量:4.5万吨

肯尼亚虽然历史不长,但二十世纪初开始引进阿拉伯ica 咯ca 品种,并更多培育来自巴西波本(Bourbon) 品种。早期英国殖民时期,为肯尼亚建立完善栽培管理制度。高海拔地区气温较低,使得coffee 豆成熟期延长,从而可以充分积累果实复杂香气——奔放酸度、厚重芳香水果味,如黑柠檬、葡萄柚等构成了Kenya coffee 的粗犷成熟特点。
更注重品种培植,是SL28波本coffee 豆直系分支,是Kenya coffee 品质及风格最佳代表。
第三名哥伦比亚:探索多样性乐趣 年产量:66万吨

哥倫 比亞 咯ca 风格清新馥郁,其中标准化稳定风格也有趣多变的小产量明星存在。如果用葡萄酒作比较,它就像是法国白兰芝酿造区域那样既有大厂稳定又有小农自主。这使得Columbia Coffee 在烘焙技术上十分专业,从而最大程度发挥了豆子的品质。

Guatemala's coffee is known for its unique flavor profile in recent years. In the shaded volcanic regions of Guatemala, the coffee beans develop complex flavors and a rich mouthfeel that evokes thoughts of this ancient Mayan culture.
The fifth position is held by Costa Rica and Honduras.

Despite seeming obscure due to its tumultuous past, Honduras has become one of Central America's main producers second only to Guatemala.

Not only does Indonesia have controversial civet cats but also Sumatra Mandheling with rich aromas; Java coffees are smooth yet pleasant; they're both well-known classics in Indonesian coffees which make it seem that overall quality is low but actually Indonesia produces high-quality specialty coffees enjoyed globally.
Rounding out the top ten are Rwanda & Panama:
