牛奶的来源与种类
牛奶是由哺乳动物产下用于喂养幼崽的乳汁。最常见的是公牛和公羊所产出的牛羊奶,它们富含蛋白质、脂肪、糖分以及多种维生素和矿物质。根据其来源,牛奶可以分为几大类:草本牛奶、混合饲料制成的牛奶,以及全谷物饲料制成的高纤维低脂肪度合成人工添加配方(ART)婴儿食品用途。
牛奶生产流程
在现代农业中, cows are milked twice a day, and the process is usually done by machine. The milk is then cooled down to around 4°C within two hours of milking to prevent bacterial growth and spoilage. After cooling, it will be transported to a processing plant for further treatment.
牛奶处理与包装
Upon arrival at the processing plant, raw milk undergoes several stages of filtration and pasteurization before being packaged into various formats such as cartons, bottles or cans. Pasteurization involves heating the milk to kill off harmful bacteria like Salmonella and E coli while preserving its nutritional value.
食品安全与质量控制
Ensuring food safety is paramount in the dairy industry with strict regulations governing every stage from farm to table. Milk samples are regularly tested for contaminants like antibiotics residues or high levels of somatic cell count (SCC) which can indicate mastitis infection in cows.
营养价值与健康影响
Milk contains numerous nutrients that contribute significantly to our diet: protein for muscle growth; calcium for strong bones; vitamins B12 and D3 crucial for nerve function and bone health respectively; magnesium supporting heart rhythm regulation; phosphorus essential in DNA synthesis & energy production – just name a few examples among many vital components found in this nutritious beverage.
