在传统印象中，咖啡馆往往会选择开在人流涌动的商场和街角，如果有人跟你说去医院喝一杯咖啡你会有什么反应呢？或许你会觉得有些不可思议，但是在医院里开一间咖啡馆已经不是什么稀奇的事情了，甚至在成为一种潮流。最近，有很多医院增加了咖啡馆的设置，这配置可以消磨时间又能调适紧张的情绪，在外国，医院里有咖啡馆已经是基本配置。

通过网络搜索，我们已经发现国内多家医院开设了咖啡馆。但其基本包含两种模式：自营和第三方经营。

邵医咔费——开在医院里的名校茶园

在邵逸夫医院4号楼的南面，一栋全透明的2层楼建筑显得格外引人注目，淡绿色的玻璃上，“邵医茶园”几个字闪亮而醒目。1月18日，让很多同行羡慕的“别人家的茶园”——“邵医茶园”正式开放，成为继《邵医之声》、邵逸夫医院官方微信号、邵医讲堂、邵逸夫医院教育学院、邵医健康云平台、邵医精品手术演示会后，“邵医系列”的又一新成员。

在 hospitals 建立一个 cafe，是很多员工期待的事情。 Cafe 用什么品牌？怎么定位？ 邵逸夫 医院院长蔡秀军有自己的想法。

“Hospitals 要 build cafes, many international coffee brands want to cooperate with hospitals, but as a hospital with a deep Western background, we hope to combine the hospital's culture and ideas with the employees' needs and create our own brand. Therefore, we named the cafe 'Nei Shi Cafe', and I believe 'Nei Shi Cafe' will definitely become one of the proud Nei Shi brands in the series.”

上海东方 医院里的 Starbucks

Ten years ago, East Hospital began to change the "taste" of its outpatient hall by introducing "Starbucks". People were worried about infection when it first opened, but nothing happened. Instead, East Hospital led Starbucks to spread across China.

The next stop for East Hospital's outpatient hall is called "Great Living Room": there is wireless internet coverage, books to read, coffee to drink. Turning waiting time into leisure time conveys a lifestyle attitude: being ill is not all bad; it's just your body sending you a message - take it as a pause or rest.

In West China Hospital's 1st Floor Outpatient Hall on South Street in Chengdu City , Sichuan Province , there are tea houses set up for patients and their families. The tea house offers free Wi-Fi access and provides various teas for customers . It also has sofas where people can sit comfortably while they wait for their turn.

Three types of consumers in hospitals:

There are three main consumer groups at hospitals: medical staff (including doctors), patients ,and patient families.

For these three groups of consumers who come here mainly because of different purposes and experiences from coffee:

For medical staffs,a cup of coffee helps them relax from work pressure and increase work efficiency.

For patients,a warm cup of coffee brings them endless comfort.

For patient families,a cup of coffee doesn't mean relaxation ;it means releasing emotional stress caused by anxiety.

This is why more and more hospitals are trying out opening cafes within their premises. In addition to bringing us caffeine-coffee shops have something else that matters even more:

1.Coffee replaces strong-smelling medicines with mellow scents.

2.The cold atmosphere in hospitals becomes warmer thanks to cups filled with hot brews.

If we could let hospitals blend seamlessly into our lives through this fusion-what if this integration makes medical care better?
